- 03:00 β Meet your guide at the base of Mount Batur.
- The entire journey is done in comfortable 4x4 jeeps driven by professional drivers, with 4 people per vehicle.
- Before departure, your driver will give a safety briefing and explain important rules for the ride. After that, your adventure begins!
- 04:00 β Start the ascent to the top.
- 06:00 β Arrive at the summit viewpoint just in time to watch the sunrise, take in the spectacular views, snap photos, and enjoy a light snack.
- 07:00 β Begin the descent.
- 08:30 β Your driver will take you back to your accommodation.

- The ascent is not physically demanding and is guided by local professionals, but we do recommend that participants are in good physical condition.
- The jeep tour does not go all the way to the highest peak (1,717 meters).
- The sunrise viewpoint is located at around 1,300 meters.
- If you wish to hike to the very top, it is possible for an additional fee, which must be arranged in advance with the manager.
